Chief Operations Officer

Duties:

Operational administration of the company’s projects in the region;
Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction;
Optimization of business processes of the Kiev business unit;
Development of an optimal and effective organizational structure;
Financial management – P&L responsibility;
Personnel management.

Requirements:

Understanding of the banking business, card technologies and payment systems;
At least five years experience of administrative responsibility in the field of software development;
Strategic thinking and analytical abilities;
Excellent communication ad motivational skills;
Ability to work under own intiative;
Fluent English and Russian;
Readiness to move to Kiev;
Higher education.
