BPC Banking Technologies is the SESAMES Awards 2011 finalist

CARTES & IDentification 2011, the world's leading event for digital security and smart technologies, will be held at the Paris Nord Villepinte exhibition centre on November 15-17 where BPC Banking Technologies will represent its award winning SmartVista suite.

Within this event 10 SESAMES Awards are presented to the best projects in various categories annually. The SESAMES represent an unchallenged seal of approval in innovation and are regarded as global standards for card manufacturers and related industries. They represent a real promotional springboard and give the winners a reputation and credibility guaranteeing their project's success.

This year BPC is a finalist in eTransactions with BeeSmart Card - a physical and/or virtual payment card linked to funds available in a mobile phone.

This makes the second year in a row that BPC has been recognized as a finalist – in 2010 BPC's SmartGuard fraud management solution was selected in the eTransactions category. More than 400 financial services companies submitted SESAMES award proposals, of which only 33 were selected as finalists across 10 categories.
