Reporting Corruption, Fraud, Mismanagement or Misconduct

If you have knowledge of BPC employee corruption, fraud, waste or allegation of mismanagement, please report it to BPC Fraud & Anti-Corruption hot-line: 

• Corruption allegations, complaints or reports must be made by email (anti-corruption@bpcbt.com). 
• BPC Report Corruption Hotline is +41435081593 (Switzerland). This number is a monitored voicemail service.
  

All reports submitted to BPC Fraud & Anti-Corruption line are treated with care and processed in a safe and secure environment. We will not share any details or identifying information with anyone else without permission. However, information given anonymously may be more difficult to investigate. If you do not want to give your name, you may provide an alias. We also strongly suggest you provide a way for BPC to contact you. 

All provided information will be handled in accordance with relevant privacy laws. 

Reporting corrupt activities will help BPC Group: 

∙ to expose corrupt activities and risks that may otherwise remain hidden; 
∙ to provide assurances that dishonest practices are disrupted and stopped; 
∙ to ensure that BPC employees act in the interest of the company; 
∙ to identify corruption trends, issues and potential risks; 
∙ to gather intelligence which may lead to an independent investigation.
