    Regional Processing team lead - Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica

    We are looking for a proactive team member for the position of Regional Processing team lead for our Processing Center. You will be responsible for managing our Implementation and Business operations departments. You will be accountable for establishing and implementing standards, and current operations with the aim to provide customers with the best quality services.

    Responsibilities

    • Driving and developing working processes in the Operational Unit of the BPC Processing center
    • Organisation of the interaction process with partners and clients
    • Development and monitoring of the operational procedures in the Operational Unit
    • Control and monitoring of the project activities concerning the integration processes with external systems and new functionality introduction
    • Organisation of the payment processes by clients for the Processing center’ services
    • Managing the team responsible for servicing cardholders of the current clients (banks)
    • Establishment of the standards and procedures for the Current operations sub-department. Ongoing monitoring of the standards’ execution.
    Skills & Requirements

    • 5+ years of Operations management experience
    • A thorough knowledge of payment system solutions in the financial services market
    • Understanding of efficient and cost-conscious planning (strategic, tactical, operational) 
    • Experience with Visa and MasterCard payment systems
    • Proven communication and negotiation skills
    • Understanding of internal business processes
    • Analytical Skills, ability to analyze the functioning of the processes and suggests effective solutions
    • Ability to communicate in a simple and straightforward way, capability to build credibility and trust
    • Higher education – University level
