Switzerland/Peru, July 18, 2023: BPC has announced that Diners Club Peru will further extend its partnership with BPC by utilizing its technology as part of its innovation program.
Diners Club Peru, a prestigious and exclusive financial services organization, will continue partnering with BPC to strengthen its position in the Peruvian payments market. Established over 50 years ago, Diners Club Peru is the operator of the Diners card brands, with Discover coverage, dedicated to Peruvians with high purchasing power. The company has issued more than 270,000 cards and has an acquiring network of more than 1,600,000 merchants.
As part of its ongoing commitment to providing top-quality services to its customers, Diners Club Peru will continue using BPC’s SmartVista platform to consolidate transactions of acquirer networks such as Nubiz, Izipay, and soon BBVA.
The first phase of the partnership aimed to improve Diners Club Peru's current business line, which enhanced efficiency and user-friendliness. Implementing BPC’s SmartVista Fraud system is the second phase and will strengthen Diners Club Peru’s fraud detection technology and enable them to become an acquiring network.
